Peace


We cannot control what is going on in the world but what we can control is our own behavior toward ourselves and other people. We are all here together on this beautiful planet, we all have our challenges, hopes, and wishes, no matter what color or belief system we have. With the world going from one crisis to another I wanted to come on here and remind you what to focus on and what to leave behind. Start with yourself and then let it ripple out into the world.


Make small acts of kindness toward yourself and others, come together in peace and not in anger, have compassion for what other people go through, and help them.

Act now, do not wait for the right moment! Now is the right moment. Tell yourself "I love you", tell your loved ones that you love them, give people compliments, help each other out, drop that wall you have put around your heart and let other people in. Hug your children, tell them you love them no matter what and no matter how well they do in school, they need your love and stability more than anything else right now.

Take care of your pets with all your heart. They are your companions and they love you unconditionally. So I invite you to:

In a social sense, peace is commonly used to mean a lack of conflict (such as war) and freedom from fear of violence between individuals or groups.


I invite you to send Peace, Love, and Compassion through your thoughts and actions towards yourself, other people, and the world multiple times a day. Every one of us counts, you are important and can make a difference in your own personal world.
